RADISHCAL LOCKDOWN MEAL
We are still in lockdown. We even gave up panic buy for now.

feels like shui kow. Was disappointed with the harkow the last time, so we will take the shui kow route this time !
chopped up prawns, spring onions , beansprout, scallions and parsely ready to mix together.
I added egg white so the mince would be bonded together when it gets cooked.
Spooning the mince into the rice skin. Mid way unrealized it didn't have enough skin so I used the egg skin as well. Looks like cat vomit, but it taste right after cooking.

boiling water makes miracle. pop them in and they were ready for consumption.

But I had left over mince prawn.....
Sizzle the pan with oil and add Radish slices. The center has been removed to that you can add the goodies !
after a while, I add water to the pan, and added onions in the void. The bottom of the radish will be burnt and sweet in due course.

covered this with a lid and let the steaming take over. I had to check occasional if there was still water inside for the steaming action.
