LOCKDOWN LUNCHEON

You have seen my wife's fabulous but simple luncheon meal before

and you have seen the can be it chicken or pork

we got Gordon Ramsay making some under the sun.

 he basically chopped up the luncheon, garlic, chilly and finely diced onions

the meat looks like this

then he went on to make omelet 

 mixed the meat and eggs

 

and developed a tacky mess (still cooks better than me though)

this one is done with kimchi !

after all the process she stuffs all into a cake box and baked it 

(i am more interested where she got that box from)

If meat is not your thing maybe the luncheon idea could be vegetarian 

Gothgirl Veggie Rose rumbles tonnes of stuff in a blender ending up with a large lump of dough which she then wraps up into a roll using aluminum foil

 she throws it into the oven, bakes it and unwraps it later

slice them up and you have something to eat !

Stay at home, dont get chased by drones, police and cane whacks. 

Cook guys, that will occupy you !
