LOCKDOWN FRENCH TOAST

French toast ? how hard can it be.
With lockdown condition, you would have canned goods everywhere. The processed food extravaganza today features:

 corned beef

baked beans from a French company in Malaysia.

I also used bread which is obviously processed.

Eggs are also processed because the eggs you eat are not local birds instead come from elected specie that you can produce a certain size egg for nutrition of human use instead of for making chicks.

Milk is also processed because between the cow to your table, it has been pasteurized and cream separated, recognized and who knows what else ? corn starch ? vanilla extract ? Same issue for butter.

only the onnions and parsely seems unprocessed.

 chop some onions so things will be sweet

 break some eggs. dip the bread slices into the egg entirely and put them on a got pan.

 I put on medium heats and got 4 slices of bread going

add some cheese if you like

flip them to desired colour

life is but excess

some corned beef was place in a hot pan will onions. cooked it for awhile and left it aside .

 break more eggs, onions pepper salt and cinnamon sugar

 pour the eggs into high heat pan let it cook till you see blisters. start rolling the egg to see a browner other side

 add a bit if corned beef and keep rolling

now looking like a Persian carpet

 so there! ommlet  and corned beef

corned beef is also done without eggs

baked beans are added to a warm pan patiently cooked with union and cinnamon sugar.
