How to avoid cooking 3 - Guacamole anything
Hispanic or South American culture seems inaccessible for South East Asian perhaps because of unlike political system. South American culture covers certain tropical triad as well. South East Asians however, still have not gotten around cultivating Avocados in their culture.
Funny enough, they are grown in Malaysia and Philipines but is still not considered as tropical fruit in Malaya.
Before you open up your avocado, make sure it is is ripe. Applying some pressure on the external of the fruit, you will either experience hardness or some softness.. The darkness of the skin and softness of the fruit tells you it is ripe.
scoop out the flesh and mesh it with a fork.
before they are diced, you need to remove the watery center of the tomatoes so that the final diced tomatoes does not introduce more moisture.
mix it all together and you get Guacamole
tastes like durian for me because introduction of Garlic into the mix.
You could replace the tomatoes with mangoes instead and you will get a sweeter version.
with mangoes instead
here added with oats, milk and a dash of honey.
