More Multicoloured Mee Suah Foray

Fortunately these Mee Suah used natural colouring.

The green one used pandan. I thought i was so smart by soaking it first. That was a bad idea.

The pink one used Beetroot for colour. They all cook very fast, any slight hesitation and it becomes a single lump.

Anyway, we got hungry and needed to eat anything!

There was the King Oyster Mushroom in the fridge!
Some broccoli

They all could be steamed in one go and you cook fast ! here we steamed Broccoli, Spinach & Brinjal.

There was also Wong Bak, so that got steamed as well before we added the Wong Bak with the mushrooms

We stir fried Mushrooms, shredded Wong Bak. Of course we had a lot on onion together to give a sweater taste.

Mee Suah cooks so fast I couldn't do a proper snapshot

For this bowl, i added oil, soy sauce and oyster sauce

Just magical how everying comes together and you get a picture. I swear i turn this bowl many angles like i was doing a Rock Band Artiste photo.

The pink Mee Suah lost a lot of colour into the broth which was how I knew the colour was beetroot
The strands tend to stick to each other making chopstick negotiation difficult.

Everyone was anyway too hungry to handle the details.
