Accidentally Chinese Clear Noodles

I pulled out whatever I could find on the fridge .....



wong bak chop to shreds and some onion

spring onions

pumpkin

an egg

beat the egg, add salt pepper, dip chicken cutlet.in the bearen eggs

power the dips chicken cutlet into flour

the cutlet looks like moshi

sizzle some butter with onions

 put cutlet to fry
flip them so cooking goes all around. y
you should end up with light yellow crust "stones"

the remaining eggs are mixed with onion garlic

much as I tried I still can't get the perfect omulette

some pre soaked Tanghoon was placed into the plan with some water.

the combination of what I have cooked before became the stock to the Tanghoon. it cones out golden yet translucent

lump it together and we can called it lunch

you get char bee hoon without the tar and carcinogen and heart of darkness !

use a cake fork to upset the scale and the experience is casual.
