Crazy Coconut Pasta

I woke up and I was in a middle of cooking

tauhu already cut

baby capsicum already sliced 

Chicken salted

   

the pan was sizzling with garlic and onions with one hand holding tauhu

here it was sizzling away

then the capsicum

the spagetthi was already ready

I took them out to strain for awhile

my other hand suddenly had coconut creme and it was added over the spagetthi

the spagetthi with coconut was reintroduced to the cooking pan. chicken was cooked.

we got ourselves crazy coconut pasta !
