Bonsai You Can Eat

Purple is such a strange colour. Almost looking poisonous as most vegetation with bluish colour are poisonous but not purplish. Here they are diced into linear strips.

I acquired some used bowl to display sugar packs in hotel. I added onion and ginger at the bottom of this ceramic ware in hope of a creative moment

Cut small amount of chicken breast as the middle layer

Followed by another layer of onion and ginger

Playfully, Broccoli flowers are added in making all look like a landcape job

Happily I popped the Rice and Bonsai in hope for short lived wonderment

Popeye would be proud. Spinach is boiled but in the more nabei stye where most of themoistre is from the vegetable it self thereby obtain a more concentrated taste.

The Spinach is then left to drain off excess water. It also leaves behind a stock residue in the pot . We did the same for the Brinjal

The residual stock is added with milk and minced tomato

We derive a creamy light orange paste

Pretty end results for Brinjal

Works well for the Spinach as well

The chicken influenced by the onion and ginger taste very Chinese style
(really dunno how to describe this, but I think using ginger with chicken is a chinese thing )

Once again, I Got away with amateur time.
