A Vegetative State
Every time I attempt to roll something it goes wrong. There was the ham then the wong bak. The person who personally slice the ham (hamster?) said I needed thick slices , so I did that. This entry i will roll wong bak and ham in one go.

Soak the tang hoon
over time it will soften and cook much faster
I slow cook some wong gal leaves
bentong ginger I will use
I added carrots , turnips , parsely to give a vegetative taste to the soup
tang hoon is place sieve between soul and lit. this way I steam the tang hoon
oyster mushrooms in olive oil and onion
when wong bak soften, take it out . strain it for awhile and begin wrapping everything
in the roll: ham, chicken, onion, parsley, carrot, turnip, capsicum
no rocket science here
fry the whole roll with some olive oil and cover with the lid
Consolidate the gunk and everyone thinks you are vegetarian !
soup is a small Wong Bal wrapping carrots parsley and turnip
I missed a cohort reunion because I was cooking this.
the guys gracefully added a picture so that I could be with them in spirit !
oh they grew up to be wonderful boys !
