I was out with my buddies. We were suppose to have an Indian Rojak Platter. (Called Singapore Rojak in Malaysia), looks more like Ngoh Hiang to me.
Anyway, we ended up in a air condition food court and our chances for this was not good.
There was a prata vendor who will not sell this because next door to him was a Ngoh Hiang Stall. We asked him "Why you so like that ah?"
We got a couple of this from the Indian stall
and got that from the Ngoh Hiang Stall
Papadum !
Cucumbers !!
The result is a WHY YOU SO LIKE DAT
Definitely Indian and Singapore
Definitely food court. We have an Indian King called Sang Nila Utama don't we? Doesn't that make us all Indians? Indians are "people from the land" right?
NILA SALAD anyone?
