Wifey made barley drink for all of us. I kept the dregs 

 I kept it for later in the fridge

I got hungry late in the night but didn't want to make din (now we know why it is called dinner). So salad would be an option.

Added the barley

 nuts, lemon and sea salt

yogurt and like this it was just right


there were other incantations on different hungry nights....
