How to Avoid Cooking

Hey non cooking people, you can cheat fixing a meal.

First you need  to like vegetables otherwise you confine oneself eating cereals and pre packed food.

What is offered here today is the (almost) caveman freshness. Ok, supermarket caveman. Ok forget the caveman part. How about eating simple so that you feel better? Here it goes:



Bought a packet of mixed salad


chopped some brown onions to get rings




chopped capsicum 




chopped juicy tomatoes 



ring pull open a can of tuna chunks in water or brine


 there is no measurement here but try to keep onions to only 10% of total bulk


ok, this is where the groove making reside; Add Olives in brine, sprinkle salt and pepper and last but not lease squeeze some lemon


Use a cake fork to change the perception of the scale of  the food. The serving feels bigger.

So Ingga Wanga my caveman friends who can't cook

(Inga Wanga = Sayang.....or anything that requires verbal expression)
