Auditioning an Omelette

That omelette we keep watching every culture do seems so simple..... believe me it is not so simple.

I got a bunch of midget potato. They are much harder to skin because I have fat fingers


The usual spring onion and shallot onions and mushrooms. I also prepares some zucchini by using a fruit peeler which is not shown.

Broke an egg and added salt before beating

 to be frank i dunno when you stop beating them because it looked the same

As per many videos, the egg is poured onto a hot sizzling pan and the egg contents are swirled until they appeared like an single flat entity, this is where the heat is turn down to medium. This is where then you roll the egg content.


I did a very bad job, almost regretting it looked that way !

 I pan fried mushroom for a while then add the chopped onion. Later,  the chicken was pan fried for a while before spring onion and shallots were added. I used a thong to cook the meat on all sides to ensure the center is not left uncooked.

Sizzled the pan with butter this time and added the Hainanese onto it. (The Hainanese is not a person, it is the bare bone bread made by small bakeries usually run by Hainanese people). 

Potatoes are first boiled then cooked in butter.

So there you go, when you are cooking, no mistake is ever a mistake because some time you can reverse or disguise it unless you burnt the whole thing beyond return, then that is not considered trying to cook, that is arson.

Another version of vanity


I layout out another plate with less ingredient and I forgot the lemon so it did it a second time on a different plate

U turn style, Oh...... omelette eaten already here.




With the same Ingredients, the next morning's breakfast looked the same

A Singular consciousness !
