A Beef Bowl


What you need:

1. Wong Bak
2. Beef sliced
3. Onions
4. Parsley
5. Mushrooms
6 Capsicum
7. Lime
8. Olive Oil
9. Sea Salt
10. Self believe


Chop up some Wong Bak, Onions, Parsley and mush room


Saute the mushroom in butter together with some onions. Take them out when it goes golden brown

Throw in the beef with some parsley an onion in the same oil that cook the mushroom, flip themeat so that it becomes fully cooked. The ingredients from the mushroom onion and beef would be leaf in the cooking oil.


After removing the beef from the pot, throw in more parsley

and then the Wong Bak which will soak up the stock from all that cooking.


Once the Wong Bak softens, throw in the capsicum to caramelize it for sweetness. It also give a chilly like nuance 




Miraculously everything comes together and you pour the remaining oil that has been diluted by the water in the wong bak to be a light broth that you drench the beef bowl. Add tomatoes, sea salt, lime juice and olive oil and you have a small piece of heaven.
