25 MInute Yellow Jam

We had a short 3 hours window period to return home make lunch pick up something and leave for an appointment.

Fixing lunch within 3 hours that involves transit to next appointment would be tough.

What I had in the fridge:

1. defrosted mince pork
2. An Egg
3. Tanghoon and Spaghetti
4, Capsicum and lemon

Tanghoon in the pot with water is cranked up to boil. Tanghoon cooks fast, even before reaching boiling point the vermicelli was almost ready

upon cooking tanghoon, it was placed in a cup with ice. There is no functional reason for this, I just thought it was cool. Made spaghetti as well.


Minced meat in sizzling butter, garlic and shallots, once it browns throw in more shallots

all cooked

I broke an egg with corn flour, salt,  pepper and mix them in a cup with some water.

chopped some parsley


So there, everything can, we done it up in 25 mins and we were off to the next destination ! Everything cooked n 25 min. Dont forget the lemon.



 Add some raw capsicum, parsley the salt sprinkle and the world just seemed right.
