Lazy Day Doing a Half Job

How about i buy some stuff that is already prepared for me?

For SGD4 i managed to get 1 packet of half cooked Kway Teow, I packet of half cooked Bee Tai Mak, 1 packet of Yong Tau Hu elements all enough to feed 4 bowls.

How difficult can that be? (Sounding like an A-STAR director)

Bee Tai Mak came in a bag enough to make at lease 2 bowls just 80 cents

The Yong Tau Hu is still raw, vegetable and fish meat like Laura Palmer in plastic tarp of Twin Peaks

I had a piece of pork hind leg, pepared in salt, pepper, shallots, garlic and soy sauce for a day. Dumped into a hot pan with oil and cooked slowly flipping the meat on all 4 sides to ensure the middle gets cooked.

I not sure how much this works but I copied the ramen guys adding oil and soy sauce into the bowl first, then top the carbohydrates over them.

I transfer the residue of the pork work into a pot, added water and spring onions and cooked it for awhile.

Gently released the stock soup into the bowl, leaving the bowl only half submerged.

"Oh UDONG !",  my snowflake quipped.

"Eee.. ah... yah, South East Asian Style,
I think it is written 米篩目,
it is pronounced in ancient dialect as BEE TAI MAK"

SAYANG fellas !
