Positive Solutions Working with Milenials

The entire world economy change was affected by arguably 911. There was a fear that air travel would be reduced and we saw airlines falling apart because of maintenance issue. We saw old aeroplane being bought up to form budget airline to keep the air travel industry alive. Internet purchase also help fund air travel industry. The manufacturerhiwever, earns the middle man's profit because of internet shopping.

It is because of a new found old desire that the air travel industry is now in high gear. How has the world changed?

1. Shopping malls in developed countries are affected because most good can be bought online. Malls today focus on more eateries, limited edition goods and cultural instagramble events.

2.Frieght forwarders are over charging you for surface transport because small purchases are done on aeroplanes and surface sea transport becomes a scarcity. This in turn affects retail prices.

3. Food has gone internationalized. The food we eat in our locality is actual appropriate for your health. Say for example spicy food are found mostly in tropical countries which actually keeps the body cool. However, Cantonese fried food was meant to keep warm. In our cross culture society, we are eating food that is confusing the body. Water we drink has been altered with glucose and floride. This obviously has large affects as the human body is at least 60% made of water.

4. Worker shelve life of 1 to 3 months. With budget travel becoming a highly sort after product which has always been treasured since post world war 2, the constant crave for travel is generating a 3 month employability these days. This is no rocket science. Most countries have a social visit pass of 30 days with an addition 30 days extension. Millenials being the work force in fertility age have an idealized notion that they can work where they go for holiday so that they can sustain a longer holiday. Hence, work now becomes freelancer, ad hoc, online and not under  employment. These workers hence, have to be sub contractors. There is a major shift of employees to become small entrepreneur on the go. There workforce now has 2 type of grade:

1. people who would work long term
2. people who will work short term.

The people with short term commitment hence, have a short experience. They however, might be sitting in a co shared working space which expose them to a wider spectrum of professions. Their 60 day stint also requires them to stay in foreign land hence, require  affordable accommodations.

The current reason that workplace need to constantly change will bring about creative and enriching push in their work. But not all work are meant to be creative.

Nevertheless, this means that foreign talent work pass may not be relavant anymore. It also mean each individual worker need a good portfolio and the can't hide behind a large cooperation.

The positive way forward:
a. change your work place to be co-working
b. provide accomodation for this community legally
c. Work should be packaged with a target conclusion of 3 months.
d. geographical feature needs to be enhanced to attract constant flow of visiting free lancers.
e. build home made products that can't be found on internet

In conclusion, join the fertility workforce not against it.
