WHAT MAKES MONDAY BLUE
It is noticeable that those who have Monday Blues are usually unhappy about their job.
After much observation on people with Monday Blues, I would think I have a solution for it:
1. Do not do the job that pays but is not of your interest. You will develop a dual aspiration and you will begin to burn yourself out on both ends. The pay you like and demand also mean you need to produce that quality of work. If that job is not what you like to do, then you will not score well.
2. Do not bring your work home. You should develop a mastery in what you do and can completely them effortlessly. (Will write about EFFORTLESSNESS on another day)
3. Do not work on Saturdays and Sundays. Make Sure these 2 days are only for you to do your things.
4. Do not organize meeting that requires a lot of work to show on Mondays. This justifies how you don't have to work over the weekends.
5. Do not do overtime work. Try to go home on time. If you really have to do overtime work limit it to 2 hours. Your efficiency at works drops after 9 hours. You may be paid more but it is in exchange for having less relaxation and developing sickness, some of which may become irreparable. It does not make sense for your doctor to profit from this.
6. Do not skip Mondays, because your Monday blues escalates to Tuesdays and then the following day.
7. Sleep by 12 midnight so that you can get up at 6am without fail, thereby you wont be late for work.
8. Want less things in life and you will become less deprived.
ALL THIS LEADS TO REAL PRODUCTIVITY.
You develop productivity in your short live because you have time for yourself and have proper sleep everyday.
OH, THEN WHAT ABOUT YOUR BOSS?
a. he saves on electricity bill because you don't OT.
b. he doesn't see your sulky face.
c. he doesn't have to pay your OT.
d. he gets his efficiency because you do your work effortlessly.
e. he doesn't loose sleep that you cant make shine over the weekend.
THIS ALL SOUND LIKE A LONG STRETCH, BUT TRY IT !
